With six versatile rooms to choose from, Whirlow Brook Hall is well suited to all kinds of meetings and events, making it a standout conference venue in Sheffield.

The Garden Suite can accommodate up to 120 guests, making it a strong choice for away days, product launches, workshops and larger gatherings.

For smaller meetings or breakout sessions, there are additional rooms available throughout the venue. All of our spaces benefit from natural daylight and WiFi, creating a bright and comfortable setting for your event.

GARDEN SUITE

The Garden Suite is located on the ground floor and features a full wall of floor to ceiling windows, filling the space with natural daylight. It looks out over the grounds and opens directly onto the elevated terrace, which guests are welcome to use during refreshment breaks. The beautiful views and peaceful surroundings offer a real sense of calm, and we’re sure the setting will help spark ideas and encourage creativity.

GARDEN ROOMS

If you are looking for a slightly smaller event and don’t require the full Garden Suite, this can be partitioned off into Garden Room One and Garden Room Two.

Our Oak Room is located on the ground floor and boasts features from the original manor house.

CEDAR ROOM

Our Cedar Room is located on the first floor of the Hall and boasts spectacular views of the gardens. The Cedar Room works well for smaller events, such as board meetings, or for breakout space.

WILLOW ROOM

Our Willow Room, located on the first floor of the Hall, is perfect for smaller meetings. It’s located next to our Cedar Room which is perfect if an additional room is needed for break out space.
